An activist group called LEAP (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition) has created an easy form to fill out that will send a letter to your state's representatives requesting an end to the failing "War on (some) Drugs." LEAP is a group of cops and judges who are pushing for drug legalization and regulation as a solution to America's criminal and economic woes.
